Credit Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborating efficiently within your lending cluster to ensure clients are provided with the highest level of credit management, support, and service while maintaining compliance and adherence to standards
Clear communication and collaboration with the Lending Adviser/Director of Lending while actively contributing to the entire group business vision and mission statement
Efficiently supporting all loan applications while maintaining high attention to detail and following procedures & processes
Managing the successful flow of loan applications from data entry to submission to settlement while ensuring that all loan applications meet compliance requirements and guidelines
Conducting serviceability calculations and assisting with lender recommendations
Liaising with agents, accountants, solicitors & conveyancers and developing a good rapport with clients to support the client relationship (Pre and Post Loan settlement)
Utilising CRM & lending support tools & technology to facilitate document management including filing, faxing, and scanning
Contributing positively to the community and maintaining high ethical and educational standards while continually striving to enhance learning & development
What we need
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding and experience in lending, credit management, and compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, good time-management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
